How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account, upload your first piece of content (a document, image, or URL), and our AI will generate optimized posts for all 8 supported platforms.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDFs, Word documents (DOC/DOCX), Excel files (XLS/XLSX/CSV), PowerPoints (PPT/PPTX), images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC), audio (MP3, WAV, M4A), video (MP4, MOV, WebM), and web URLs including YouTube links.

Can I edit the generated posts?

Yes! All generated posts can be edited before publishing. You have full control over the final content that gets posted to your social accounts.

How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to Dashboard > Accounts and click "Connect" next to the platform you want to link. You'll be guided through a secure OAuth process to authorize PromptOutput.ai.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Dashboard > Settings > Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
